I have birthed my two babies with help of the hypnobirthing program and techniques and have been teaching Hypnobirthing since 2008.

Through my experience of teaching hypnobirthing to over 1000 couples in Australia and attending over 450 hypnobirths, I have learned that every woman and every couple is different. Nobody can tell you how to give birth as nobody can tell u how to live life. Birth is such a unique and individual to each woman & to each birth.
I encourage women to take control over their bodies & their power in their birthing space, to empower themselves with knowledge, connect to their deepest wisdom to find what the best way to birth their babies.

My hypnobirthing course (private or minigroup) may be a bit different to a hypnobirthing classes run with other practitioners.

I individualize each course to the needs & wishes of each couple because we all are different, each woman / couple brings something unique into her journey and each woman will utilize different tools through their pregnancy and birthing journey.

I run only private courses or minigroups (max 3-4 couples) as I believe that each of them deserves my full attention.

I try to do my best and connect couples who are on the same journey. (First time mamas minigroups expecting in similar time, Mamas who wish another birthing experience than their previous ones, VBAC minigroups) and expecting in similar time of the year.

The times of the classes are very flexible as we choose the suitable dates with the couples according to their availability and wishes (FIFO etc). Mamas / Couples often become friends and meet even outside of the classes.

I don’t advertise any days, please contact me and I will be able to offer you the right minigroup or a private course. I start minigroup courses every month.

The course goes much further than what you will learn at antenatal classes. The benefits of bonding with your baby will last a lifetime and research shows that a satisfying and gentle birth promotes healthy bonding. Furthermore, a positive birth reduces the risk of post-natal depression and post traumatic symptoms. The relaxation techniques that you will personalize to assist you in pregnancy and birthing will benefit you for a lifetime and can be used in many future situations.

The HypnoBirthing® course is run over five weekly sessions of 2,5 hours each week. During the sessions you will learn:

How to relax so that the birthing muscles can work in perfect harmony as they were designed to do

How you and your birthing companion can create a birthing environment that is calm, serene and joyful rather than tense and stressful

How to have your partner / birth companion intimately involved in your labour and baby’s birth and how they can help you focus your attention during birthing

How to write a birthing preference and discuss your wishes with your care provider

To develop a deeper bond with your baby prior to birth, and feel the baby as a participant in the birth.

Registration and fees

I offer private HypnoBirthing® classes (in English or German language or Czech language) in Duncraig at my Dreambirth sanctuary or in the comfort of your own home (only homes close to Duncraig. I travel for some of our sessions on some days to couples who hired me as their doula though. An additional cost to travel may be charged (this is a small cost just to cover the petrol). You will be notified at time of booking.

I have been privileged to teach hypnobirthing privately to more than 1000 Dreambirth couples. Although the content of the course is same, each course is different, tailored to the needs and wishes of the couple.

HYPNOBIRTHING® MINIGROUP CLASSES:

Price includes the hypnobirthing book, MP3 card, folder.

Cost: $640 per Mum and birthing companion (max. 3-4 couples)

Cost: $715 in combination with Hypnomothering class

Classes will be held in Duncraig at my Dreambirth Sanctuary. Group classes are very flexible, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays evenings, Saturday mornings, Sunday later afternoons but if required, can be moved to other days. I also run sessions in school hours.

Please contact me if you are interested in a minigroup class, as I regularly run classes that are not advertised on my webpage. As soon I get two enquiries from mums who expect their babies in the same time of the year, I schedule days according to their availability and wishes.

PRIVATE HYPNOBIRTHING® CLASSES: AUD900
Price includes the hypnobirthing book, MP3 card, handouts)

Cost: $ 900 per mum and birthing companion

Cost: $ 975 in combination with postpartum session

Classes will be held at my place in Duncraig or in comfort of your own home.
(Additional charges for petrol would be charged.)
